HAIPICK A42 SLAM
The HAIPICK A42 SLAM uses Laser SLAM technology to map an unknown environment while simultaneously keeping track of agent’s location within it. Jointly developed by HAI ROBOTICS and SEER, the robot can realize laser SLAM autonomous navigation or freely switch to QR code navigation, with higher safety, practicality, functionality, and adaptability. It features active obstacle avoidance, autonomous charging, 3D visual recognition, and other advanced functions, realizing mix picking of carton boxes and totes of different sizes, intelligent picking, storage, and point to point handling.
Compared with traditional AGVs, automatic case shuttles, AS/RS, or other technologies, HAIPICK A42 SLAM possesses a smaller body, making it more convenient, speeding up deployment, improving overall project implementation. According to the order demand issued by the system, HAIPICK A42 SLAM truly realizes transformation from the traditional picking method of “person to goods” to the intelligent and efficient picking method of “goods to person.” HAIPICK A42 SLAM supports docking to various logistics equipment, including shelves, latent AGV, robotic arm, multi-function workstation, and other equipment. Completing the whole warehouse automation transformation process, comprehensively optimizing storage efficiency, storage density, and flexibility.
