HAIPICK A42D
The HAIPICK A42D is a high-performance double-deep ACR robot, independently developed by HAI ROBOTICS, that integrates advanced software and hardware technology. It is a case-handling robot with an extended telescopic fork that can realize double-deep picking and unloading of cases, significantly improving storage density. The robot is an intelligent logistics handling device; without the assistance of any track, it can move autonomously forward and backward and spin to any angle on site. It features intelligent handling, double-deep shelving, automatic case-picking and placing, autonomous navigation, active obstacle avoidance, and automatic charging.
Compared with traditional AGVs, automatic case shuttles, AS/RS, or other technologies, HAIPICK A42 possesses a smaller body, making it more convenient, speeding up deployment, improving overall project implementation. According to the order demand issued by the system, HAIPICK A42 truly realizes transformation from the traditional picking method of “person to goods” to the intelligent and efficient picking method of “goods to person.”
It optimizes the management of cold and hot storage locations through intelligent algorithms to ensure operating efficiency. HAIPICK A42D supports docking to various logistics equipment, including shelves, latent AGVs, robotic arms, multi-function workstations, and other equipment. To complete the whole warehouse automation transformation process, comprehensively optimizing storage efficiency, storage density, and flexibility.
